Sports journalists have always been key players in the development of our event.
It is for this reason that for this year (2008) we will provide sports journalists special arrangements to help them provide full coverage of the event.
Journalists, photographers and reporters will have the opportunity to perform different activities related to one of the biggest sports events in our country, the Panama International Half Marathon.
It is for this reason that we will distribute special awards for the best news reports and best pictures of the Panama International Half Marathon.
These prizes will be awarded by a judging panel in a public event that will have the recognition of the Panama International Half Marathon.
Press Prize
This year thanks to social communicators who support us every day in publicizing our events, we will be rewarding four categories:
Best news writing, before the days of the Half Marathon. $ 200.00
Best TV news, highlighting the Half Marathon, $ 400.00
Best Photography competition. $ 200.00
Best radio interview, highlight the Half Marathon. $ 200.00
Note
It is important to note that each of these proposals should be published in the media (press, radio, television or Internet). Highlighting the presence of New Balance, as the sponsor of the activity.
They must be submitted before July 15, 2008.

The photograph must be delivered in size 8 X 10, must be attached with original and copy of the information published.
Providing documentation in a sealed envelope with their personal data in our offices.
